It doesn't appear to have a nautical theme to be Royal Fleet Aux.

The R.F.A. began in 1905. So, I assumed. Haven't found any likeness in the award.

My guess is that it could be a medal given in 1930 to commemorate the R.F.A's 25 Anniversary.

Another guess is that it could be an award for 25 years in service in the R.F.A.
