I use mechanics type gloves. never used gloves until a year ago or so, got a nasty cut from can slaw. Now I always wear gloves.

i use Wells Lamont $10 gloves. they are great, easy to clean, and last! you can get them at wally world

Got some tight fitting and thin pig skin gloves. Tough stuff!

I use heavy duty string gloves, they can be worn on either hand, and I have not worn a hole in any of them in over 5 years......MGE
