What type of Medal ?

Not sure what kind of medal this is. Was 4 inches down in the front yard of a home built in the 20's. It did have a small pin for attachment on the back and it's a little bit bigger than the size of a penny. Has two emblems on front. One a Crown and the other a Saints symbol.

Scout uses the fluer-de-lis

Like bay pirate says......... bottom right symbol is the boy scout symbol. Other symbol is probably relative to scouting. I suspect it was a medal pinned to a scout uniform.
