What type of lamp is this? Thrift store treasure

Hello Everyone new to this site so not sure if this post is allowed but wanted to share a couple pics of a unique pair of lamps that was donated to one of my favorite thrift stores (animal rescue) 2nd pic is only marking we could find on bottom. I know photos are not the best it was busy and I didnt get the best angle. I cant find anything similar in google images, Etsy, or Ebay. The woman that runs the store thought maybe Moroccan but was just guessing. They were donated from a storage unit the guy said at least for last 30 years and has old style cord. Thanks in advance for any info. I will probably go back later this week if better pics needed. Just trying to help them out figure out how to price.

Moroccan perhaps.

I believe its known as Cold Painted Bronze or a imitation made of Spelter metal and painted a bronze color. I'm thinking it's maybe from the 1930s to 1940s.
