✅ SOLVED What type of bullet is this?

Hello,
I rarely find lead bullets and I'm not up to speed with ammo. Found this in field today along side some Rem-UMC circa 1911-34...this seems modern to me, but I'm really just clueless. Any help is appreciated to help me increase my knowledge in this area. Thanks, William
