What type of adhesive would you use for this stone awl?

The eyelet of this stone awl broke off some time ago during a move and I'm not sure what to use to fix it. Any suggestions would be appreciated. It's from eastern Tennessee.

Personal find? Can we see better pictures.

Gorilla Super Glue would hold it but you would probably never get it back off once it's attached.

i would use a glue that you can easily remove...something that will keep it together for viewing but not take any aggressive handling. you never know when you may want to undo something...

Only supposed to use a water based elmers type glue.

Yep, and use just a little bit of it. If the glue is running out the sides of the crack, it'll look bad when it dries.

If you ever want to remove the glue, a soak in some water will do it.
