What stones are these?

Arrgh! One of my pics was too big. I was denied posting but after fixing was told I'd already posted!

2nd try . . .
This is a Lori Bonn bracelet. I bought it at a yard sale for cheap, not knowing the designer and expecting to send it to the refiner. Now it's going to eBay, but how do I describe these stones? I'm guessing the purple one is amethyst, but no clue on the other. Do you recognize these stones?

For description I'd use "Oval Faceted Amethyst" and "Oval Cabochon Amber". At least thats what the stones look like to me, others may feel different.

If you don't know for sure what they are, you're safest with, "amethyst colored" etc. Doesn't look like amber to me, looks more like man made with goldish flecks in it?? What does it look like in person?

Either Amber or Citrine and Amethyst. But agreed to post as Amethyst colored or Amber/Citrine colored

I think DigginThePast has it, one look at Wikipedia's citrine page and I knew that wasn't it. After his answer I looked hard at amber - these stones have both inclusions and the internal fractures (the gold flecks) that are typical of amber that has been heated. The Lori Bonn web site says they only use real semiprecious gemstones. Even pressed together chips qualify as "genuine amber", but I wouldn't go better than that.

Nevertheless, I'll use qualifiers like "looks like polished amber" and "I think is faceted amethyst", just in case. I'm still debating whether to use the word cabochon; it's exactly the right word but I don't know if my target audience would know what it means.

I'm going to call this one solved, and mind-bogglingly fast! Here comes the green check . . .
