✅ SOLVED What shoots this bullet?

Gained new permission on a new site the other day and took an initial poke around yesterday. Planning to do electrolysis on a couple of items to determine their identity. Meantime, my son and I did dig up this bullet near a little creek. THe owner thinks it dates to around 1900. I am curious to hear thoughts on age and gun match.
