What kind of rock is this?

dont know what kind of rock is this...i found this rock on a trip to Oaxaca,
in water, the "veins" acquire more of a white color..it is very heavy for the size.

Not sure what minerals it all consist of, but I do think it's a result of natural erosion and the different hardness of the combinations of minerals within your rock giving it a very unique appearance. I'd call it the spider web pebble.

i agree, the white parts (maybe marbel??) probable are harder than the rest, but the weird geometry all around the rock..just make it very weird ..my wife has said that better nothing come out from that rock if it cracks open ..looks like an weird egg
