What kind of horse buckle is this?

I've seen these most commonly called halter squares, and you can get 3 way and 2 way.

Edit: Your's looks a bit different with the stud at the bottom and extra crossbar. Looking to see if it's just a specialty halter square, or something entirely different that just happens to look similar.
