What kind of Fossil... anybody know?

Good day all. Girlfriend went for a walk today and brought this home. She asked me what kind of fossil it might be and I haven't a clue. So I thought maybe someone here on Tnet might have an idea hopefully. She found it here (Tennessee) high on our ridgetop lying by the side of this dirt road. It almost looks like some type of flowers or it might be marine in nature...? It can sit on my cell phone so about 3" x 5" big. Really don't know hence this posting. Thanks for any thoughts or info... Brad

I'm thinking Coral.

Yep, it's a rugose coral. Looks to be an Acrocyathus species. Nice find.
