Errors are sometimes hard to put a value on. There is no real price guide. I my opinion..... I would expect to pay, $65.00-$85.00 for this coin?
Off center coins are not that unusual but older silver is more popular on the error market.

NICE COIN !!! VPR

From the picture the blank appears to be larger than the size of a dime...'course I know nothing about these things..:).. is that just an illusion? ...interesting coin though

Here's the other side.

Could be a planchet meant for a Phillipines 20 centavos piece.
I have heard of this before.
The US Mint struck coinage for the Phillipines for a while back then

I must be seeing double. Check out a very similar coin on EBay currently going for $120.

As far a possibly being a wrong planchet, I don't think it is. Wrong planchet strikes are usually a larger coin being struck on a smaller coin's planchet such a cent on a dime planchet. I think this is because if it was the other way around, the larger planchet would not fit in the smaller coin's collar.

Why does it look fishy. It is not the same coin as on E-Bay. Look at the reverse pics. stamp is opposite. Everyone is always a skeptic.....
