Im thinking with the chrom pointed like that its probaly front fender skirt so ther couldent of been many cars with them on the front

So far the fords look the closest But I cant find the chrome scenereo on any of the pics Iv found, This one is not flared out at the bottom like the chevys, A Ford roadster looks closest but I wouldent think a roadster would have ever had any Chrome at the bottom of the skirt, This one also has no Latching decice it appears to fit over a grove and just wingnuted into place at both bottom corners

Hey Tex - the big problem with skirts are they were never "stamped" by the manufacturer (of the car itself). This could have been an aftermarket piece that someone put on their vehicle. Very popular in the '50s and early '60s. As far as the trim piece goes, many aftermarket skirts came with trim or guys just made their own. Regardless, it's a pretty unique and very cool find. I'd throw it up on the wall in the shop... :thumbsup:
