I thought this was just a typical Great Seal Button, but I was not aware that they came in Different Sizes and Shapes, this one is smaller in diameter than the one I recovered just a few days earlier and it has more of a dome to it than the other one. This one is made by N.S. Meyers Inc. The picture with the Penny is for size reference.

The "Great Seal" buttons were adopted in 1903 and had no outer rim (like this one) until specifications added that in 1910. The smaller ones were from either the cuff or pocket of jackets. Edit: although looking at the size comparison next to a penny, I think it's still a regular (albeit smaller) jacket button, rather than cuff sized.

So if that is the case, this button is a Pre WWI Button?
