What kind of bullet

A friend of mine dig up this strange bullet. I have no idea. It is a hollow point. Sorry the picture isn’t real good. Any ideas. Thanks

My guess would be .30 caliber...d2

Agreed. I haven’t seen one with a cannula like that but wouldn’t surprise me a bit.
