Liquor bottle.

Looks like Tasche was the bottle manufacturer. Not sure because mein Deutsch ist nicht so gut.

I found several sites about old liquor bottles - all in German. C W Tasche is mentioned.

One of the bottle guys can give you an idea about age. Early 20th century, I would guess.

In 1888 Carl Wilhelm Tasche founded the distillery, 1922 in a corporation, and now by his son, Otto Tasche , was headed. Später ging die Firma in den Besitz von Niederstadt über. Later, the company in the possession of Lower Town. Auf dem Gelände der ehemaligen Brennerei Tasche steht heute ein modernes Geschäftszentrum. At the site of the former distillery is now a modern business centre.

I have one of those from my just out of college days stupid guy stuff collecting and it was a gin bottle if I remember correctly. Will go look for it as the clay bottle was used due to something in the fermenting stage.

We find them here in NH every now and then. We call them a dutch wine. That is a cool find!
