What is this?

Hi all. I've been trying to figure out what this is. I'm leaning toward a type of chalcedony or agate but I've never seen it dark green like that. I found it in the creek in my pasture along with agate and jasper. Any guesses?

To me it looks like flint.

I think it is flint also from it's appearance, take a metal file, strike it and see if sparks come from it. kybob

So I gave it a try. Hit it with a file. No sparks.

It's flint. If it didn't spark you didn't hit it right, it will. Looks like pretty good stuff to make some arrowheads from.
