Found this metal detecting in a site of an army air field. Training practice base. Base. Is it related to the place or is civillian? Anyone know the age? It says Sooo361. On it what does that mean? 20210211_223730.webp20210211_223751.webp20210211_223907.webp20210211_224015.webp

The two holes across from one another make me think it was on a sort of hinge or track? Maybe farming or larger scale meat track in a barn? It has black paint on it, I suspect it's from about the 1930's.
