Indian fire pump nozzle.
You can look up the pump.
We used them in scout camp , and of course there were other users.
Here's a parts pic..

Gold part , shaft sitting on top is a handpump.

The ID is correct. We've seen a number of these posted on T-net in the past.

It's the end of the sprayer from a vintage fire extinguisher. The nozzle is interchangeable for either spray or stream.
