Most likely chalcopyrite in matrix. Depending on where it was found it can also contain gold. Knowing the (approximate) location would help.

Gold and pyrite can often occur together. Get an assay if there is alot of it, or crush it and pan it out. Even then , only an assay will be accurate.

I found what looks to be the same thing in a load of '' 57s'' gravel I had spread on my driveway .
came from the rock quarry in Spotsylvania Va .
