I have seen these a few times on the side of the road while driving in Florida and I have no idea what they signify. Thanks for any info.

How is this marked as solved?
are they wood stakes, pipes, any cloth involved? Indian reservation, car crash memorial?
I live in Florida and travel, never seen anything like this
remote back road or on the side of a highway
