I believe it is an old jeans or overalls button. In the bottom pic, it looks like the top is at the 9 o'clock position. It looks like it depicts an art deco period air-flow train. It looks like it has some wording on it

Could be a side button like the ones found on a conductors hat :dontknow: The image on the button almost looks like a streamline Zephyr locomotive coming at ya ???
