It is a copper replica of an Antoninus Pius Roman Coin.

Roman coin, or copy of one- Emperor Antoninus Pius, reigned 138-161 AD. Hopefully others with better knowledge of ancients can give positive I.D. as to authenticity. (I am more knowledgeable of 15th century to present day European and Japanese coinage, to mention). Good luck :happysmiley:
