Found in New Mexico, the rock itself is dark blue with some turquoise/green on the top. It almost looks like chrysocolla... :dontknow:

Reminds me of the Crysicolla I used to pick up in Nevada.
Was working in a copper mine. That was in the 70's.

Thanks for getting back to me Tim, I am going to take this rock under a microscope later tonight to examine it further. I also recall some druzy on it as well.

i had found some out that way in the 70s too
i had them tumbled, came out great, they sorta looked like these
