Not a clue what they are but I love the detail and workmanship on the wooden ball. Gorgeous and it looks to have some age on it.

man that is cool is it possible thats a buckeye or something like it?, are the images carved or painted on?

Thanks for the replies. It is carved on. Looks old like something someone carved at sea waiting to get home to his lady.

I almost want to say Scrimshaw, but I can't think of any bone that would be round like that.

I second the scrimshaw but I think it is some kind of seed or nut, not bone or ivory.
