✅ SOLVED What is this?

Wife Found this piece while cleaning out the home of an elderly woman that recently passed. It is cast pot metal measuring 1" wide 4-5/8" long and 5/8" high. the pins are removable and steel. it was found in a box along with several 2" C clamps. the lady use to make her own picture frames but I can't find anything that resembles this for making frames. Any Idea??

It's a fixture for bending wire to make hooks, etc. I think you can get them from Duluth Trading Co.

Yup thanks guys found a similar on Amazon. Didn't think it had any value was just trying to ID for my wifes friend, Knew the T Net would come thru.
