My second wife, Lucia. Put her back where you found her if you want to have ANY money left when you're 55.. :occasion14:

Seriously, you found that , in that great of shape? If so, and I take people at their word on here, you found the Mona Lisa. With that, I mean a priceless artifact. If you are bullshitting me, please tell me.

I'm serious I was pouring a driveway the backhoe dug up three of them

I 2nd what he said! & you found 3 of em? Where are the other 2? Are they the exact same or slightly different (like in different positions or different hand positions). That is an amazing find if you are telling the truth! That is a museum quality piece right there! What state was this unearthed in???

I'll send pics of the other two

The top of the girls head got cut off as you can see but the other two are perfect

Why don't or didn't you call your local historical society or something. It's your property. They may even end up having the Smithsonian buy them. They would make you an exact replica. At very least they would have professionals .

What state did you find these?? That is very important to possibly dating them and putting a tribe to them. The last figure looks like a pipe. These are so historically significant if your story is correct. They could also be worth a fortune. If they were found there then there has to be more artifacts in the area. These look like possible tomb or mound items. Any museum would be proud to add those to there collection...............Please help us out so we can help you and tell us the county and state located in so we can put a tribe to them and date them. I don't want specific addresses just county and state so we can determine those things....................GTP

Something is fishy. I'm washing my hands of this one.

I wasnt going to respond yo this thread, I thought it would just slowly go away. But now I see someone trying to buy them. These are sold in Western Mexico for the tourist trade, they turn up every few months on ebay and somehow they always end up in the Native American Artifacts section. When the first one turned up it brought good money but was then resold a few weeks later so it must have been returned. Then I saw another one listed but it didnt sell as I can remember. Then about a year ago I saw the same tourist pieces inSan Jose. I will be back in Mexico in three weeks I will get pictures of identical ones. How old was the driveway you dug up? It must have been a pretty recent one for these to haave been uder it. They are made to have an old look but the pieces are not correct.

Finally something in this thread rings true.

You actually thought I was going to buy them??......i was more poking fun at his statement "who would buy these??" Plus i do not ever discredit someones story without all the facts on the table and multiple peer review like you who has seen them before. I mean these are weird yes....but to rule them out well I've seen stranger idols like those that came out of the Spiro Mounds. Now if you have seen them before at a tourist hut then there ya have it. I've been on this site for 3yrs and have not seen one posted here yet. Just be sure your story is accurate as well.....................GTP(Chris)

I'd appreciate pics if you can take them.
