Looks like concrete bags! I think there are a few wrecks that have concrete sacks on them like this, but one very big off charleston or just south.

Am I close?

You mean concrete sacks, like for ballast? Whatever they are, they look stacked up.

Well, it looks like you found the invasive Lionfish.

Otherwise, I've got to agree with the concrete bags. Could be a lost cargo...

The lionfish is probably 6-8 inches long for comparison to the items of interest.

These are the guys I dive with. I id'd the concrete, I was just wondering if anyone has any ideas as far as areas of this wreck where artifacts can be recovered. Several brass portholes, pipe fittings, etc have been found. Any help in identifying the bell on this type of ship, or any other respectible artifacts would be appreciated. Do the underwater metal detectors work in 200+ fsw?

Hey, I thought I id'd the concrete bags!

I know the Garrett Seahunter will go to 200'. I am sure it will go a few past that as well.
