hello all,found this in a school playground in Mt. joliet TN.any idea what it is.girlfriend thinks something to do with AA or a twelve step program of some sort.was buried about 3 inches down in hard clay.any guesses.thanks

We have a local foundation that uses the acronym HOW. It's for recovering alcoholics and that triangle is painted on all their vehicles. They live in and do small clean up chores like remove tree limbs, mow, etc. for a small "donation". Good organization with a high success rate. Kind of a poor mans rehab program. Monty
