what is this russian item??

Hello everyone,

I was out yesterday digging at local park in pittsburgh Pennsylvania and I found this about 4 or 5 inches down in a park that dates back to the late 1800's. I don't know what this is called to even search for it, maybe someone here has seen one before or could point me in the right direction to look it up. Thanks for your help. Oh don't know if it will help, but it rang up a 13-46 on my ctx3030. It's the size of a quarter.

the 1st one shows Saint Basil’s Cathedral which is in Mockba.

It also looks to be the remains of a pendant.

very limited info on this item , every thing you type points to ebay and the necklace, cuff links and assorted other souviners you can buy still today. where i think yours is older , it is hard to date. i hope some one with more info on a date can help .
but until then i think adalabama has hit it on the head as a pendant for a necklace .
