What is this pin?

I am trying to identify this pin that I found in a box with old coins from my father. May be military. Any help would be appreciated thanks!

IMO, it looks more like a fraternal or club pin than military. What groups did he belong to?

Hi Don,

He was Canadian military, Air Force, Sig Ops and part of the UPTM. Went to military college in Canada (RMC). However, I found it in a collection of old coins, attached to a necklace with what looks like a 1798 George III guinea/half guinea. There was a plethora of coins in the collection from all over the world, including many from England and Israel, so a very wide net.
