What is this old copper coin?

I know its probably a KG or Connecticut copper but the confusing thing is it looks like the date is under the head side. I looked through all the similar type coins and the date is always under the figure holding the staff? So maybe I overlooked one.
I was trying to identify by how far the bust of the head comes to the edge of the coin or by the double legs or knees of figure holding staff as well.

I can see date, looks like 1774 on side with woman. That is what it looks like to me.

It looks like a contemporary counterfeit of a George III Halfpenny. There are many details wrong on your coin, that indicate that it wasn't an officially made halfpenny. Contemporary counterfeits were quite common in the colonies during the 1700's, and I find them cooler than genuine English coppers. Great find!!
