Might be a lead bar used to lead in auto body repair ....old school. Is it soft. Heavy?

Here's a guess:

Solder for drinking water systems is sometimes called "100" as solder is called in ratios: 95/5 (tin/antimony), 50/50 (tin/lead), etc. ("100" is actually 95.6% tin, 4% copper and 0.4% silver). That bar might have originally said something like "ACME CO'S 100 TO 100".

Again, that's a guess.

The Bar is not Magnetic. I'll try my soldering gun on it tomorrow and see if it melts.

Yep, it appears to be some kind of soldering bar. Here is another one I found at the same place. This one tells where it came from USN. Pretty cool. I didn't know they made bars like this.

Thanks for all your help.

Looks like a lead Bar that Plumber used.

When restoring old cars some people still prefer to use lead fill as it never rusts and if applied and treated correctly will outlast the other metal. (It what everyone used back in the old days.) For small dents and creases, it beats bondo and really doesn't add that much to the weight of the vehicle.
