What is this lead? silver? platnuim?

Found this hunting a school ball field,, At first I thought it was a bullet slug from a shot gun its heavy,, but it has alot of layers and doesn't really look like lead. what do you think?

It's from where they welded the play equipment when they put it together. I've found some the few times I've went to a playground.

To me, looks like that silver has been melted and dropped at the same area slowly, and built the rings up drop by drop. Did you get other smaller signals (droplets) nearby?

Did he tell you what percentage of silver? I believe we used 5, 10, and 40 percent silver solder for AC/refrigeration work. If its 90 % I dont think its solder.
