What is this? Jade warrior face sterling

Need help figuring out what this is, it looks like jade or malachite. I am leaning towards a Aztec warrior body or something like that. In the back it has the letters "LM sterling hecho en mexico sterling" Does anybody know what this is? Where does it go, am I missing a piece? Thank you guys in advance. err
