Looks like farm machinery - from a seeder perhaps. The shape of it suggests a cam of some kind which would open and close a seed chute.

Looks a lot like the handle from a meat grinder, or coffee grinder.

Knob on either side may indicate a pivot point, is there anything to indicate a hole on the opposite
end? If so a string/cord/rod may have been attached for actuating. :icon_scratch:
