Oh, that is beautiful! I found something like that in a stream once, but yours dwarfs mine. Now I know what its called-Thanks! Browsing Google Image Search for Drusy quartz doesn't have a single image that compares to how "alive" your rock looks. It could be a crystallized internal organ of some space alien that crash landed here a billion years ago.

Time to dig out the rock collection.

as they say beauty is in the eye of the beholder. i was thinking that is one ugly rock.

This looks more like chalcedony agate to me. This type of showing is typically found where you would expect geodes. You see a lot of this in the Arizona geode fields around Camp Verde. Just my thoughts
