🔎 UNIDENTIFIED What is this: Broken Piece of Poured Cement-Sand Mix -into mold??

I’m quite curious as to what this is and hoping someone can help. It’s broken so it makes it harder but I found it last week in lower Hudson Valley, NY in the woods around an area of 4 very old smallish foundations (at least 100 yrs old based on bottle pieces I found).
It seems to be a poured cement/sand mix from a mold (look at tip).
This is the first time I’m posting, so I hope I’m doing it right… Please bear with me!
