The mark is from the Owens-Illinois Glass Co., used 1929-1950's.
A lot of them can be found with salt/pepper shaker tops, but I don't know if they were original, or just a common repurposing.
-looking around further, the majority of the tops are identical, leading me to believe that they were original to them.
