What is this bottle please!

Found this whiskey bottle in Central Texas. Bottom has the following

5 33 in a circle D408 in center and 69-62 all on bottom

3 sides have 4/5 quart
1 side has federal law prohibits….

The federal law was required between 1935 and 1964 but some bottlers used the mold up to the early 1970s. I think your bottle dates 1962. The D408 would be a distiller's code, 69 would be the permit number for the bottle maker and 62 would be the year date. I am not sure about the numbers at the top.
