What is this? Age?

Found this metal detecting on my permission at a site of an U.S. Army Air Field air force base. What is it? Any ideas on The age? What is that pointy thing on the top? On picture 9 and 11 you CAN see its threaded. Could it be related to the base or same era as The base There was buildings There could it be related to the buildings?

Looks kind of like part of an old three piece sparkplug. Knock the rust of and snap another pic.

Knocked it off with a hammer. Done complete.

Looks kind of like a cb radio antenna mounting base where the largest round threaded part would be fastened through a bracket and secured with nuts. Cant tell if the small appendage on top is threaded. If so, then the antenna whip (long skinny part) would screw on the top and could be removed easily. This could have been attached to a vehicle, portable radio or base station. DD
