What is it?

Its heavy, maybe lead, about one inch in diameter. Has some kind of design on the front. Some sort of enamal coating. I scraped off some on the bottom to see some shiny silver stuff (lead?). It is flat on the top and curved on the bottom. Any help?

Maybe try turning the flash off and use natural light. It will take the shiny glare off.
