Kind of reminds me of a puzzle mug with all the holes ...there is markings on the bottom but I can only make out. VALLAU.....I believe

great ID DC, i saw something like that b4 @ a thrift store maybe 2 month ago
its taller has a neck maybe 7-8" x 4-5"base , my 1st thought 2.99 to much,
im going to check in the morn, see if still there
