I'm thinking snuffbox. If you look on Ebay under vintage snuffboxes there are a few that have similar features. I actually have a tiny chrome one I've had for years and years just because it's so small.

Perhaps China... has a Cloisonné workmanship.

AARC is correct. I'll add that they are commonly called pill boxes or trinket boxes on ebay. Cloisonne is the correct term also. Many are brass or silver plated or nickel silver. Less common are actual silver ones but they do exist.

I 2nd AARC. Sold in import shop, such as Pier 1 Imports. Not real fired enamel, but a polymer imo. Recently made.
