Pumice.

I see the little bubbles in it, but it does sorta look like hash.

Welcome to TreasureNet!
When rotated 90 degrees clockwise, I think I see some lettering (but may be just imagining things, again).
But more details will help, starting with the size.

The Jesuits probably left it to mark the treasure spot. Just kidding --- sorta, kinda, looks like agate, except for all the holes.

I found a small rock similar to that. Mine's a fossil piece of sponge or coral, your's looks like coral but not fossilized. Put it in a ultrasonic cleaner and if it falls apart it's modern if not it could be fossil. Over the years I've hunted around in the bottom of a lot of creeks and streams and have dug-up the occasional fossil or two....

I can ID that in one clue. Okay where's the one clue? Was it metal detected or did you need a prescription to purchase it? Are you sure you want to know? Can you handle the truth? Show a little enthusiasm. :dontknow:
In case you are a kid I will guess coprolite so at least one of us learns something.

All kidding aside it looks like it might be some cement that has tumbled in a river possibly, I can see sand crystals in it when I magnified the picture.

Welcome to Tnet, tdawwg82. You may want to try reposting under one of the
Geological Forums
Make sure you leave plenty of descriptions ( weight, size, etc.), and what your thoughts are about it.
