Hello Forum,

I was wondering if anyone can help me to identify this item (age, origin, authenticity, etc.). My neighbor picked this up at a garage sale. The lady that he bought it from didn't know anything about it, but she aquired it while cleaning out someones house in Niagara. Thanks for looking!
