Its size of a penny made of copper, im not shur what it says and year, no date can be found, it was deep about 8"inch just little beep i appreciate the help thanks!!
 

It is a button. The side with the writing is the back, and included in the backmark (as it's called) I can read Extra / Superfine on the inner text and Waterbury Co (maybe Conn) on the bottom outer text. And Benedict & Burnham on the top.

And this would date 1834-1843
I can't tell if there was or wasn't something on the front.
