If your talking the Black Dot since it appears to be centered
(at least Left to Right)in the original photo,
I'm guessing the Camera Caused it





if your talking something else. I at least, need more detail.

I personally would Like to think it's a Hole caused by Drill or Laser,
But again. need more detail.
Did you photograph ? & get closer ?

Didn't see that black dot before. I used to have a camera that, if anything too bright showed up, the camera would just black out the bright spot. Maybe there was something there reflecting the sun?
