Hi all, I have been hunting an old homesite next to a civil war redoubt. I keep finding small, almost rectangular shaped chunks of metal. They are about 1inch wide, 4 inches long and a half inch thick. They show as silver on a cz5 and when cleaned, look like the type of steel that axes are made of . They are Non-magnetic, very heavy, and when I put it on my grinding wheel, there are no sparks. I've compared them with my known lead samples and some other stuff I have and nothing is this shiny or hard. Any ideas? thanks
