My friend... You have what appears to be Kewpie dolls. They were most often carried by migrant workers from Mexico or South America. A worker who had 3 children he had to leave in his home country would have 1 for each child I believe they would bless them and keep them with them so he could help to keep his children safe while he was away.
 

Looks like a trio singing in a choir. Choir robes of that style date back to early 1800s. Not sure of the figurine's origin. I would doubt it dated prior to the 19th century. Thanks for sharing!
